When the gyms reopened at 10% capacity, Crunch immediately billed me and I tried to cancel my membership since I wasn’t comfortable going to the gym and the new location was far away for me. During that time, my gym location closed permanently and they moved me to another location without my consent, even though the contract specifically stated that my consent was needed in order to move my location. The gyms suddenly closed and my membership was suspended.
